European Technology Platform Smart Grids Strategic Research Agenda

Active participation of customers (i.e. consumers, producers (prosumers), SME's and LE's) is of crucial importance to the success of the transition of the energy system.

DuneWorks is involved in writing the 'Customer Behaviour' Task for Research Area C 'Smart Customers'. This task discusses several relevant issues relating to active customer participation:
